How to deal with the religious conflict

I heard a story whic describe a religious conflict between Hindus and Muslim Christian that occured in a state of India. There is an organization called cow vigilantes whom usually attack Muslim or Christian residents in the name of protecting cows. Because in this state the Hindus always consider cow buffaloes as a holy animal. Although some local residents raised cows for generations and the money through selling cow milk or cow meat on the markets then looking for daily needs for the whole family. “we like siblings and we share peacefully for generations in the same land.” a former village council head told me.The cow vigilantes  couldn’t tolerence people who killing or eating cow meat. A local resident who was attacked by the notorious gourp in July and  died in the hospital of injurying. Indian priminister MUdi committed to protecting the life and liberty of every citizen equally. In my opinion, the cost of liberty is eternal vigilant. Some villages questioned police officer whom in charge of the crimial case. Altough there were three people who connected with attacking were arrested. The police officer took the cow to the shelter before took the victim to the local hospital for medical treatment. In fact, the victim layed on the ground, wounded, for neally 3 hours.

In this case, i thought the culprit or perpetrator of the cow vigilante should be sentenced of death penalty or capital sentence and the police officer should be accoused of malpractice.
