Three law  interpretation rules from common law system like British

Today, i am going to look at statutory interpretation. That is the way that courts construe or understand the meaning of laws or statutes that have been passed by parliament. However, the words that are used in the statutes are not always precise. So. Judges need to interpret them to make sure they have understood the exact meaning that parliament intended.in order to do this. Judegs usually use basic three law interpretation rules, which known as literal rule, mischief rule, and golden rule.
